Dave leads the safety and operations team and has over 25 years’ experience including commercial driving, dispatching, transportation and operations management and logistics. Dave’s core responsibilities are developing and implementing programs to comply with OSHA, DOT, EPA and other federal and state agencies. Assist at all levels of management in training and administering the safety processes at TQM. Overseeing and investigate accidents, losses, or injuries and identifying trends to prevent future accidents or infractions and keeping up with current safety regulations and trends.
