BRIAN ROMANREGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT

Brian was originally hired to expand new and existing business. As business quickly increased, so did the need to effectively supply and service the demand. With several years of operation, recruiting, and management expertise, Brian enthusiastically stepped up to address those needs and became Vice President of Operations. He was later voted to President of the Safety Committee by his peers and greatly reduced the company’s WC costs through effective onboarding (hiring, training and supervision) combined with claims management. With operations solidified, over the last two years Brian has turned his talents back to sales and business development.
